The Challenge

Introduction of a CRM and Marketing Automation Tool to increase customer inquiries

In addition to increasing lead numbers through focused and granular Google Ads campaigns and increased visibility in SEO, the introduction of a tool for marketing and sales was crucial for the further development of Stommel Haus. Together with the decision-makers, we quickly focused on HubSpot. Our expertise as a HubSpot Partner Agency and the fit of Stommel Haus for an intuitive and empowering system were the most important criteria for HubSpot.

The Solution

Hubspot as a central Marketing and Sales Tool

Following the positive decision in favor of the CRM and marketing automation tool, the first steps for the migration and onboarding of the marketing and sales team were initiated.

As a setup, we have focused on HubSpot Marketing Starter and Sales Starter and are thus able to control and measure many individual campaigns and sales activities, among others:

  • Email marketing campaigns to segmented contact groups
  • Individual landing pages for lead generation
  • Management and transparent reporting of sales employees, e.g. on sales activities
  • Booking meetings
  • Cost control of Google Ads campaigns

Continuous increase in lead generation through data-driven SEO, Google Ads and social media

By introducing a digital catalog and targeted online marketing activities, we were able to increase the number of catalog customers to over 200%. Our lead generation was largely shaped by search and display campaigns on Google Ads and their constant optimization. We also focused on driving SEO forward. By analyzing some focus keywords and comprehensive WDF+IDF analyses, we were able to record a consistent and constant increase in organic visibility and thus also an increase in lead generation.

Pinterest also played a decisive role here. With over 2,000 impressions a day, the channel contributes to organic lead generation. We also used the Facebook and Instagram channels and filled them with new content on a weekly basis. This enabled us to ensure a steady increase in followers.
