Data Assessment
One of the first things we do is assess what data currently exists and how it should be imported or synced to HubSpot. Before we begin discussing strategy and the bigger picture for the CRM, we like to know what the data sources, structure, and requirements are. This helps to prevent unwanted surprises later on when we implement everything.
Workshops for Marketing, Sales, and Operations
Depending on the CRM requirements, we host strategic workshops with the primary stakeholders who will work directly with the database. Because Marketing, Sales, and Operations all have different business needs and tend to work with different Hubs in HubSpot, we strategize directly with each team to ensure we are taking those needs into consideration. During the workshop phase we will provide our consultation for best practices and work with you to implement a robust CRM system.
Set Up Project Management Tools
In order to manage an Implementation project with efficiency and effective communication, we set up a Trello Board so that you can collaborate with us. We will set up the tools and use them throughout the project to keep you updated and in the loop without the chaos which can come from complex Implementations.
Weekly Status Calls
Part of the complexity with HubSpot Implementation projects is that things can come up which cause delays or where an alternative solution is required. We understand this and it's why we build in weekly status calls with you and your team to review the progress and address any important questions.
Final Data Import
Once the infrastructure has been fully implemented, we will plan to do a final import of external data. Everything can be reviewed by you and your team for errors and adjusted before things are finalized.
Onboarding and Training
